3. International Shipping & Customs
  • Carriers: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
  • Customs/Duties: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are non-refundable. 
4. Returns & Exchanges (Crucial for Fashion)
  • Window: Returns are accepted within (14) days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Once the carrier marks an order as "Delivered," our liability ends. For protection, we recommend addingRoute Package Protection at checkout.
